A home away from home!

Here at the hotel, each cat or cat family has their own spacious and private suite and are offered plenty of individual time in the lovely indoor and outdoor play areas. The indoor play areas feature air conditioning, TV / music, artificial plants, lots of windows, play towers and even a recliner to curl up on! The secure outdoor play area is where kitty cats can watch the birds and kangaroos! Some of our suites also have their own private outdoor areas where kitty cats can enjoy a snooze in the sunshine with the breeze in their floof!

Our property has a gated entrance and can only be accessed during our opening hours which are 9.30-10.30am and 4-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30-10.30am on Saturdays (closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and all QLD public holidays). 

While your kitty cat is here you are welcome to get in touch during business hours to check in! The best way to do this is via email or text. We also have social media pages (Facebook and Instagram, see links below) and we post updates when time permits. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our little guests, but whenever we can we play paparazzi! Our little guests are offered lots of human interaction and individual play time in the sun watching the birds and kangaroos in the paddock of our lovely 9-acre property. 

Fees are charged per calendar day regardless of the time of departure. This covers our time deep cleaning suites after guests have departed and ensures kitty cats are not arriving before their suite has been vacated and deep cleaned with our veterinary grade disinfectant.
